  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Brian Lee Fitness. By using our personal training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all aspects of our services, so please review them carefully before participating.

  2. Personal Data Protection
    Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, such as the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By providing your personal information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described in our Privacy Policy.

  3. Services
    We provide the following personal training services: one-on-one personal training, couples training, nutritional guidance, strength and conditioning programs, custom workout plans, and online coaching. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.

  4. Liability
    While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our training sessions, there are inherent risks associated with physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Brian Lee Fitness from liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur, except in cases of gross negligence. Information provided by us is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but reliance on such information is at your own discretion.

  5. Client Responsibilities
    As a client of Brian Lee Fitness, you agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your health, including pre-existing conditions or injuries, adhere to all instructions provided during sessions for your safety and optimal results, and treat all trainers, staff, and fellow participants with respect. Clients must not engage in any unlawful or disruptive behaviour that may affect the quality of services provided.

  6. Intellectual Property
    All materials provided by Brian Lee Fitness, including workout plans, videos, and other content, are the property of Brian Lee Fitness. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  7. Payment and Cancellation Policy
    Payments are due in full at the time of booking services. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are eligible for a refund minus a 30% service charge. Cancellations made outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. For services purchased remotely or online, a 14-day cooling-off period is provided in accordance with UK consumer law.

  8. Missed Appointments and Cancellation Notice
    Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they cannot attend a scheduled session, whether it is in person or online. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being counted as completed, except in cases of serious medical or other extenuating circumstances where the client can provide proof.
    Similarly, the trainer is obligated to notify the client at least 48 hours in advance if unable to attend a scheduled session. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

  9. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
    Before starting any program, clients are required to complete the PAR-Q to identify health conditions that may require medical clearance. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

  10. Health and Safety
    Clients are responsible for informing Brian Lee Fitness of any health issues or changes in their medical condition. You should seek medical advice before starting a training program if you have concerns about pre-existing conditions or recent injuries.

  11. Waiver and Release
    By participating in training sessions, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to release Brian Lee Fitness from any claims or liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during or after the sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.

  12. Confidentiality
    We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

  13. Code of Conduct
    To ensure a safe and respectful environment, clients must follow the trainer’s guidance during sessions and avoid behaviour that disrupts the training environment or endangers others.

  14. Online Coaching Terms
    Clients engaging in online coaching must ensure they have the necessary equipment and internet access for the sessions, participate actively, adhere to the agreed schedule, and provide consent for sessions to be recorded, where applicable, for quality assurance and training purposes.

  15. Amendments
    Brian Lee Fitness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated and take immediate effect upon posting.
